Food Wishes on YouTube did it again with another unique and interestingly delicious dish that is worth trying. This grilled spaghetti tastes so good and the smoky flavor definitely makes it even more mouth-watering than it already is, and I might make this more often.

This is a very easy dish to prepare and is perfect for special occasions, too. The ingredients are very simple and you can even take it to the next level by adding in more toppings of your choice, or if you have leftovers such as ham or bacon, then you can use that!
Step 1
Preheat your outdoor charcoal grill to medium-high heat, then carefully place the dry spaghetti on the grill and spread it evenly. Cook the spaghetti for about 4 minutes or until toasted and light brown making sure to toss them consistently, then remove them from the grill, and set them aside.
Step 2
Place a pan on a stove over medium heat, then heat the olive oil, and add the garlic. Saute it for about 30 seconds to 1 minute or until fragrant, then add the tomato paste, and keep sauteing for another 1 minute. Pour in the broth, then raise the heat to medium-high, and bring the broth to a simmer. Season it with salt, then add the grilled spaghetti, and toss it around until softened and covered with the broth.
Step 3
Keep cooking the spaghetti until tender and add in more broth as needed, then reduce the heat to low, and add the butter and basil. Stir them well until the butter has melted and the sauce is thick, then turn off the heat, and add the cheese. Give them a good stir to combine, then top with more cheese and chili flakes, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
