Ingredients:

• artisan roll
• pizza sauce
• shredded parmesan cheese
• shredded mozzarella cheese
• pepperoni slices
• romaine lettuce
• Caesar salad dressing
• 1/3 cup crushed croutons

Directions:

Step 1

Roughly chop the romaine lettuce and thoroughly clean it with water. Set aside. Next, place an artisan roll on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, then spread some pizza sauce on each half. After this, add shredded parmesan cheese followed by shredded mozzarella cheese. Now, add pepperoni slices to the bottom half of the roll, then sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of the pepperoni. Once done, place the sandwich in the oven at 400 degrees F for ten minutes or until the cheese melts.

Step 2

In a large bowl, add the shredded lettuce, Caesar dressing, 1/3 cup crushed croutons, and 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese. Toss together until well combined. After baking the sandwich, remove it from the oven, and add the Caesar salad to the bottom half of the sandwich. Once done, place the other half on top and serve. Enjoy!
