Rosemary salt recipe:
Note: if you don’t like adding alcohol, you can use a mixture of half lemon juice and half white wine vinegar
Remove the tendons from the chicken tenders using a fork. Insert the end of the tendon between the fork tines. Using your other hand, grab a paper towel and use it to hold the end of the tendon, then pull.
Make the rosemary salt by combining all ingredients in a bowl.
Sprinkle the rosemary salt and fresh ground black pepper on the chicken tenders.
Place a large pan over medium-high heat. Add butter or oil. Once hot, add the chicken tenders. Season the other side. Cook until golden brown for about 90 seconds, then flip and cook the other side for 30 seconds. Transfer to a plate. Set aside.
Lower the heat to medium. Add the chopped garlic and shallots. Cook for a minute, then add the dry white wine. Deglaze the bottom of the pan. Cook the alcohol down.
Lower the heat between medium and low. Add the cream and the chicken bouillon. Whisk everything together. Once it starts to bubble, add the cheese in batches and whisk after every addition. Let it thicken for a little bit.
Lower the heat, then bring back the cooked chicken. Cook for 90 seconds. Garnish with basil and serve. Enjoy!
