I have tried a ton of chicken kabob recipes before, but nothing comes close to Lounging with Lenny‘s version. This has got to be the juiciest chicken kabobs I have ever made at home. It’s packed with amazing flavors and is simply the best. Some other recipes lack flavor, and the chicken becomes dry after baking, but not this one.

This has been our go-to chicken skewer recipe; everybody loves it. It is great for BBQ parties, picnics, and weekend dinners.
The secret to getting juicy chicken kabobs is to sear them before cooking them in the oven. This process will help seal the juices, add flavor, and make it look more appetizing. Make these kabobs at home – they will surely be a hit!
Soak your skewers in water for an hour so they don’t burn while they bake.
Remove the fat from the chicken breast, then cut into chunks approximately 1 1/2″ cubes.
Add the chicken chunks to a large bowl, followed by paprika, cumin, cinnamon, black pepper, pureed garlic, salt, lemon zest, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix until the chicken is well-coated. Let it marinate for a couple of hours.
Prepare the chicken kabobs. Thread the vegetables and chicken into the skewers the way you like. Make sure not to overcrowd.
Place a pan over heat and add a little bit of oil. Once hot, add the chicken skewers to get some golden brown color. Sear them on medium-high heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
Transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place inside a 350F preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
