This air fryer apple cinnamon tortilla recipe by Simply C is one of my new favorite dessert recipes. I just love how easy it is to make and how simple the ingredients are. It is not overly sweet; the flavors are actually balanced. The tartness of the apples compliments well with the sugar and cinnamon.

Start by peeling the apples and slicing them into squares.
Add the sliced apples into a pan over heat, then add 1 tablespoon of butter, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and cinnamon powder. Mix until well combined. Cook the apples for at least 2 to 3 minutes. Once done, let it cool.
Add some apple filling on a flour tortilla, then wrap it like a burrito. Repeat with the remaining filling. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush it with melted butter.
Place the tortilla on a preheated air fryer at 400F and air fry for 13 minutes. The temperature and time may vary depending on your air fryer.
While waiting make the cinnamon sugar mixture by combining cinnamon powder and sugar in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
Once done, remove them from the oven. Brush each one with melted butter and coat with cinnamon sugar mixture. Slice in half, serve, and enjoy!
