Fill the container with water halfway. Next, place a small ladder (or chair) in front of the container. Soak the towel in with water, wring it out just enough that it’s not dripping, then hang it on the ladder with the end touching the water.
Now, place the fan right behind the towel, then turn it on. Your DIY air conditioner is now finished. This will evaporate the moisture in the towel which will generate cold air. Your room will be much cooler than just setting up a fan.
