There’s nothing better than chips served with a matching dip and if you ask me what my favorite was, it would probably be this cheese sausage dip by Food Lovin’ Family on YouTube. What I love about this dip is its simplicity and how quick it is to make which also makes it a convenient recipe idea for parties, gatherings, occasions, or even cookouts.

You can keep this dip warm by serving it in a crockpot and you can also make this at the last minute and have this ready just in time for your party. If you have leftover sausage or ground beef and cheese, then all you’ll need is a can of Rotel tomatoes to make this dip, and enjoy it while watching your favorite game or show. Learn how now by reading the instructions below.
Step 1
Place a skillet or frying pan on a stove over medium heat, then add the sausage, break it apart, and cook it until nice and brown.
Step 2
Once browned, add the Velveeta cheese cubes followed by the Rotel tomatoes, then stir them continuously until the cheese has melted, and turn off the heat.
Step 3
Transfer the dip to a serving dish or put it in a slow cooker to keep it warm, then serve, and enjoy!
