It is packed with garlic-y, buttery, and cheesy flavors and even with herbs. I can have this bread every day and never get tired of it. It is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or any time you are hungry. What I love most about this recipe is that it is also filled inside, not just on top, so you get the best flavors.
The chili flakes are optional. If you don’t want your bread to be spicy, you can skip it or adjust the amount.

In a bowl, add 1/4 cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of dry yeast, and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Mix well. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, add a pinch of salt, minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of butter, and 1 cup of plain flour. Mix well, then knead for 10 minutes until it turns into a soft dough.
Add 2 teaspoons of oil and knead again. Tuck the dough and place it back into the bowl. Cover with cling wrap and let it rest for 2 hours until it doubles in size.
Remove the cling wrap and punch the dough. Transfer to your work surface, and sprinkle flour. Knead again, then tuck the dough. Flatten into a disk.
In a small bowl, make the garlic spread. Add the butter, coriander, and garlic. Mix until well combined.
Spread the garlic butter to the flattened dough.
On the half part of the dough, add chili flakes, cheese, and oregano. Fold it in half, then seal the edges. Transfer to a baking tray.
Spread more garlic butter on top. Sprinkle chili flakes and mixed herbs.
Make slits on the bread with a knife.
Place in a 356F oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Slice and serve. Enjoy!
