Ingredients for Biscuit Chicken Cobbler:

  • 1 stick or 8 tbsp of melted butter
  • chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 12oz of frozen mixed vegetables
  • (11.36oz) box of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 cups of chicken broth or stock
  • (10.5oz) can of cream of chicken soup

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F or 177°C, then get a 9×13-inch baking dish, and pour in the melted butter. Add the shredded chicken all over the bottom of the dish evenly, then spread the frozen mixed veggies on top, and set them aside.

Step 2

In a large measuring cup, add the broth and cream of chicken soup, then give them a good whisk until incorporated and there are no more lumps, and set the mixture aside. In a large mixing bowl, add the biscuit mix along with the seasoning that comes with it, then pour in the milk, and give them a good mix until incorporated.

Step 3

Pour the biscuit mix over the veggies evenly up to the sides, then pour in the chicken broth mixture all over the top, and then place it in the preheated oven. Allow it to bake for about 1 hour and 10 minutes, then serve, and enjoy!
