In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Whisk to combine.
Add unsalted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until thick and well combined. Transfer to a pan lined with parchment paper. Spread evenly. Set aside.
In a different bowl, combine the brown sugar, light corn syrup, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well. Microwave for a minute.
Whisk in the unsalted melted butter to the mixture, the stir in 2 cups of pecan halves. Pour the mixture on top of the brownie layer.
Bake at 350F for about 40 minutes. Slice, serve and enjoy!
