DIY crochet bows! Why not? The good thing about these crochet bows is that they are shaped like a bow before the middle is wrapped. You don’t need to pinch and wrap, hoping it turns out okay (I am not the best bow-maker with fabric, paper, ribbon or much else). You get a perfect crochet bow every time!
I saw a quick and easy DIY crochet cup cozy pattern on Pinterest and I had to try it! It’s been chilly around here lately, and with this cold weather, I find myself stopping at Starbucks on the way home from work more than ever :). The coffee trips inspired me to make these fun and soft cup cozies! I put wooden buttons on them and my Starbucks is always well dressed! 😉
I grew up gardening. My parents always had a small garden in our backyard, my mother tended and cultivated large flower gardens in the front and a big garden a few miles from our house on the family farm. I have had ample opportunities to learn how to grow and nurture plants, but for some reason, it’s a skill that I can’t master. I have been loving the succulent trend, they are gorgeous and “low-maintenance.” Unfortunately, I have managed to kill all of mine. So I decided to create these crochet succulents. I am determined not to kill these!
I had a small area of wall space that was just missing something. I didn’t want another picture, then I saw this perfect DIY crochet mandela hoop idea. Once I got started I could not stop, talk about a fun project! I made a grouping for my blank wall space and made some for gifts at my office.

love my natural bath potions and I like to make DIY crochet face scrubbies out of hemp or burlap. These make excellent gifts and will not be underappreciated by anyone. They are super easy and are the hight of luxury. Everyone everywhere thinks these are fab if they don’t? Check their pulse.
Everyone I’ve ever made these for loves them, they have such an Earthy feel and with the cold slowly creeping up on us, there’s really nothing better than the thought of hot chocolates, fires, onesies, snuggles and a cute new knitting project to keep you busy and warm. We managed to find this free pattern for our newest obsession: DIY crochet slippers! These amazingly cozy-looking slippers are like the love-child of socks and slippers that look like they’ll give your feet (and ankles) a big ol’ comforting hug!
I love to crochet, I find it so relaxing at the end of a hard day. The easier the pattern the more relaxing it is and you cant beat the instant gratification of a DIY crochet that is really small. These coasters totally fit the bill! I can sit and make these all night.
My best friend finally was able to buy her very own house. She had been living with her family, who she really loves, but it was a big step that she needed to finally take. Its a little Victorian style cabin by Lake Buchanan and she’s doing her kitchen in a farmhouse country theme, shes even got a 1950s O’Keef and Merrit Gas range. I am so happy for her and so thrilled at her bravery to finally strike out on her own, I knew I had to make something extra special for the wonderful new kitchen. I decided on the handmade moss stitch crochet dishcloths, so they could be draped along the handles of that beautiful range. She cried when I gave them to her, she’s so happy about her new place in the Sun.
I love my DIY crochet friendship bracelets so much was because of the fact that they were adjustable. I have small wrists and I always find it awkward to wear large bangles. I guess I could look for small bangles, but I still need to get my hand through it, and then there’s just this big clunker dangling from my wrist. I saw an image while perusing Pinterest of a crocheted wrap bracelet that also looked adjustable, so I thought I’d give it a try and see if I could make the bracelet work for me.
