To make this homemade ice cream, you only need chocolate chips, condensed milk, and heavy whipping cream. If you love to bake, I am sure you already have all of them at home. We didn’t have chocolate chips that day, so we bought one from the store and made it right away. The only hard part was waiting for the ice cream to freeze, which would take about 7 to 8 hours. Good thing we made it at night, so we could enjoy it right away the next day.
We served it the following day, and it did not disappoint – everybody loved it! Just be sure to make a few batches when you try this recipe at home, as everyone will surely get addicted to it.

Add the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk to a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl.
Melt in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring after each interval, until fully melted. Stir until it is smooth, then set aside to cool.
In a mixing bowl, add the heavy cream and beat until soft peaks form using a hand mixer. Alternatively, you can use your stand mixer.
Add the chocolate and condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream and gently mix until just combined. Be sure not to over mix it.
Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan, then cover it with plastic wrap to prevent ice crystals from forming. Freeze until firm for about 7 to 8 hours or overnight.
Serve and enjoy!
