I absolutely love eating baked custard, and this recipe by AliciaLynn is the best I have ever tried. It is rich, creamy, and smooth just how I want it to be. I can finish it easily in just a few minutes, as it’s incredibly delicious. According to her, it is a recreation of her great grandma’s custard recipe that her mother used to make when she was just a kid. I’m sure this will instantly become your favorite once you try it.

Start by whisking the eggs in a large bowl. Next, add the salt, vanilla, and sugar. Mix until well combined.
Add the milk in a heat-proof bowl and heat in the microwave. Once warm, slowly pour it into the egg mixture while continuously stirring.
Pour the mixture into an oven safe dish, then sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon on top.
Place the oven-safe dish on a deep baking dish and pour about an inch of hot water to create a water bath. Bake them for about 45 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted onto the center.
