Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F, then grease the sides and bottom of an 8-inch baking pan with butter, and line it with parchment paper. Add the chocolate chips and butter to a medium-sized heat-proof bowl, then place it over a bain-marie, and stir it occasionally until melted and smooth.
Step 2
Turn off the heat, then add the sugar, and give them a good stir before removing the bowl from the pot. Add the eggs one at a time to the mixture, then whisk them until well combined, add the vanilla extract, and stir them well.
Step 3
Now, add the flour, salt, and cocoa powder, then continue to stir, add the chopped chocolate and fresh raspberries, and fold them into the mixture until evenly combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
Step 4
Place it in the preheated oven, and allow the cake to bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted at the center comes out with a few moist crumbs sticking to it. Let the brownies cool completely, then lift it out of the pan, and cut it into squares. Serve and enjoy!
