It’s an easy bread to make and with the help of this no-fail recipe, I bet that you can make this perfectly even on your first try. You can level this bread up by adding some glaze or topping to it or serving it with an equally yummy drink on the side, but you can also enjoy it as is. Learn how to make this today, you won’t regret it.
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F, grease a loaf pan with butter, and set it aside. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl, then whisk everything together until combined, and set it aside. In a separate bowl or bowl of a stand mixer, add the butter, then beat it until creamy, add the sugar, and continue to beat until light and fluffy.
Step 2
Now, add the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract, then add the flour mixture as well, and keep beating until smooth and combined, but make sure not to overmix. Add the mashed bananas, then mix just until combined, and set the mixture aside. In a small bowl, add the blueberries along with a tablespoon of flour, then give them a good toss, and add them to the batter.
Step 3
Gently fold them together to combine, then transfer them to the prepared loaf pan, and place it in the preheated oven. Allow it to bake for about 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean, then let the banana bread cool for at least ten minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
