Add 1 cup of refined flour in a blender followed by 1/2 cup butter and 1/4 cup caster sugar. Blend until coarse consistency. Once done, remove it from the blender and crumble it down using your hands. Now, divide this (leave a little) into your muffin pan, pushing each to make the base. Next, add 1/4 cup strawberry muesli to the remaining crumble and 1 tbsp maple syrup. Mix well until just combined.
Now, divide the caramelized apples on each muffin cup, then top each with the crumbled muesli mixture. Place it in a 375 degrees F oven and bake for 40 minutes. Serve as it is or with some vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
