To make this easy quilt pattern, you will need 10″ squares. The first thing you need to do is make the pinwheel block. It is one of the most basic quilt blocks, and you probably already know how to sew one. All you need to do is make 4 half square triangles using the 10″ squares and form them into a pinwheel. Once you have the block, make 2 cuts, turn around the outside pieces, and you have the finished block. That’s how simple this free quilt pattern is.
