Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil, then sprinkle some salt, add the pasta, and cook them according to the package instructions. Turn off the water, then drain off all the water, and set the cooked pasta aside. Heat a separate pot or Dutch oven, then add the olive oil, and saute the minced garlic until fragrant.
Step 2
Add the chopped onion, zucchini, bell pepper, and corn, then give them a good toss, and cook them for a minute or until softened. Season them with salt, crushed red chili, paprika, and oregano, then stir everything to combine, and pour in the tomato puree.

Step 3
Bring the mixture to a simmer for around 10 minutes or until reduced and thickened, then add the cooked pasta, and mix them to combine. In a baking dish, put half a portion of the pasta mixture and spread it evenly.
Step 4
Then, sprinkle it with half of the cheese, and repeat the layers with the remaining pasta mixture and cheese. Sprinkle the crushed chili and oregano on top, then put it in a preheated oven, and allow it to bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
