Start by crushing the biscuits into pieces and place them in a food processor, followed by toasted almonds. Blend until they turn into crumbs.
Add 7 tablespoons of butter in a heatproof bowl and melt over hot water or in a microwave.
Pour the melted butter into the crumbs and stir until evenly mixed.
Line a small muffin tin with paper liners.
Fill the muffin liners with crumbs and make a well on the center of each one. You can use the bottom of a shotglass. Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Slice the chocolate into small pieces and add in a heatproof bowl, followed by the whipping cream. Melt over hot water on low heat. Add 1/2 tablespoon of butter then mix until smooth.
Take the crust from the refrigerator and pour the chocolate mixture into each well you created earlier. Place it in the fridge and let it chill for 2 hours until the chocolate is set.
Remove from the liners and serve. Enjoy!
