Seasonings
Step 1
Wash the bell peppers well, then cut off the top, and remove the inside. Cut off the sides of the removed top discarding the center or stem, then chope them cut bell peppers into really small pieces, and set them aside. Place the cut bell pepper shells with their open side facing up in a well-greased baking dish, then place them in a preheated oven at 350°F, and allow them to bake for about 10 minutes while preparing the filling.

Step 2
Place a nonstick pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then add some oil followed by the ground beef, and break them apart. Let them cook until nice and brown, then add in the chopped veggies (bell pepper, onions, and garlic), and add in all of the seasonings as well. Give them a good toss to combine, then add the tomato sauce, freshly chopped herbs, and rice, and continue to mix them together until well combined.
Step 3
Add the Worcestershire sauce and thyme leaves, then mix them together to incorporate, add some cheese slices, and keep on mixing until melted and combined. Turn off the heat, then check the bell peppers, and start filling them with the meat and rice mixture evenly. Top each bell pepper with cheese sliced, then pour a little bit of hot water into the baking dish, and put them back into the oven to bake for another 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Serve and enjoy!
