Take out these foods from your diet for 2 weeks: vegetable oils, gluten, dairy, refined sugar, corn, shellfish, eggs, grains, corn, soy, legumes, nightshade vegetables, and tree nuts. After two weeks have passed, start adding them back to your diet, one at a time. Try a new food for 2 to 3 days, then see if you have any symptoms. If you have symptoms, stop eating the new food.
