A few weeks ago, I was really craving brownies and have been wanting to bake them when I happen to find a good recipe that I can try. It’s so easy to prepare and is ready in just about half an hour, plus, it’s so good that I can eat it all day! If you also want to learn how, then watch this video tutorial by Savor Easy on YouTube, and see for yourself!
Step 1
Chop the chocolate into small pieces, then reserve some for later, and set them aside. In a large mixing bowl, add the softened butter cubes followed by the brown sugar, then mix them together using a spatula until combined, and then whisk the mixture until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, then continue to whisk them together until incorporated, add the sweetened condensed milk, and keep on whisking until fully combined. Sift together the unsweetened cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, salt, and instant coffee.

Step 2
Next, add the coarsely chopped chocolate to the same bowl, and fold them until well combined and uniform. Grease a 9×7-inch pan with butter all over the bottom and sides, then line it with parchment paper with an overhang on the sides for easy lifting, and pour in the batter spreading it evenly. Place it in a preheated oven at 170°C or 340°F, then allow it to bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, and let it cool down. Unmold and remove the parchment paper, then cut it into bars, and serve. Enjoy!
