You’ll surely love potatoes even more once you’ve tried this quick and easy recipe by Laura in the Kitchen on YouTube. This yummy dish is very simple to prepare and the flavors are perfectly balanced. You can make this cheesier or meatier by adding as much cheese or leftover meat as you want, and you can serve this on the side of your favorite dish.
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F, then wash and peel the potatoes, and cut them into bite-sized chunks. Add the potatoes to a baking dish, then pour the melted butter all over, and then sprinkle the dried onion flakes and dried parsley. Season them with salt and pepper to taste, then toss them all together until well combined, and cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.

Step 2
Place it in the preheated oven, then allow it to bake for about 30 minutes, remove the foil, and stir the potatoes for a little bit. Put them back in the oven uncovered, then cook them for 30 more minutes making sure to stir the potatoes halfway through the cooking time, and once done baking, remove the potatoes from the oven.
Step 3
Drizzle the ranch dressing over the potatoes, then sprinkle the bacon all over the top followed by the cheese. Put it back in the oven, then allow it to bake for around 5 to 6 minutes or until the cheese has fully melted, and then remove it from the oven. Sprinkle the chopped green onions all over the top, then serve immediately, and enjoy!
