When it comes to stuffed shrimp, this recipe by Simply Mamá Cooks on YouTube is probably one of my favorites. What I love about this dish is how easy it is to make and the fact that is loaded with delicious stuffing which made its size extra large than the actual size of the shrimp itself. You can also customize the flavor and take it to the next level by adding some spicy flavor if you want.
Dredge
Step 1
Peel and devein the shrimp, then cut the flesh open along the length and set them aside. In a blender or food processor, add the crackers, green onions, red bell pepper, crab meat, mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, salt-free lemon pepper, old bay seasoning, Maggi sauce, and Dijon mustard, then process them until well combined and preferred consistency is reached.
Step 2
Scoop the filling, then generously stuff a shrimp, press nicely, and shape it as shown in the video. Place the stuffed shrimp on a baking sheet, then proceed to stuff the rest, and set them aside while preparing the dredging stations. Place the crackers in a Ziploc bag, then crush them into crumbs, and pour them into a large bowl.

Step 3
In separate bowls, place the flour and beaten eggs, then gently coat the stuffed shrimp in flour, dip it in egg, and dredge it with the crushed crackers. Place the dredged shrimp back on the baking sheet, then repeat the same steps with the rest, and preheat the oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Deep fry the shrimp in batches until nice and evenly crispy, then place the cooked shrimp on a baking sheet lined with a paper towel to drain off all the excess oil and transfer them to a serving plate or bowl. Sprinkle them with some chopped parsley, then serve with your favorite dipping sauce, and enjoy!
