Crockpot dishes are a staple in our house, and this ground beef stroganoff recipe from The Crock Wizard on Youtube is one of our favorites. This recipe is super easy to put together; just put all the ingredients in the crockpot, wait for some time, toss in the noodles, and you will end up with this creamy and delicious dish. My family absolutely adores this recipe, so I always make sure to put it on the dinner rotation every month. The ingredients are also simple; you might have them already in your kitchen. Add the ground beef to a large pan. Break it apart and cook until it browns. Season with salt to taste and mix for a few minutes. Once the meat is browned, turn off the heat, drain the excess liquid, and transfer it to your slow cooker. Add 1 cup chopped onion, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 8 oz sliced mushrooms, two cans (10.5 oz) of cream of mushroom, and 1 cup of beef broth.

Put the lid on, set it on high, and cook for three to four hours (or you can set it on low and cook for six to seven hours). After the cooking time, remove the lid and add 1 cup of sour cream. Stir it in until well combined, then add half of a 16 oz bag of cooked egg noodles. Mix well and serve.
