DIY Plant Stand Using Old Hangers Tutorial

Materials:
- three old hangers
- cement
- sand
- water
- two container
- scissors
- oil
- packaging tape
- paint (optional)
Directions:
Step 1
In a container, combine three parts cement and one part sand, then add enough water. Mix well. Next, Cut in half your hangers and remove the hang (you will need three pieces to make the stand.) After this, get another container and apply the oil evenly, spreading it on all sides. (This will be the mold for the plant stand.) Transfer the cement mix over and spread it evenly. (The amount of the cement mix you transfer depends on what size you want your plant stand to be.)

Step 2
Now, place the hanger stand, cut part down, in the molding container. Put some packaging tape on the hangers to secure them in place. Leave the mold for some time to let it harden completely. Once it hardens, remove it from the molding container and paint the hanger stand in any color you like (optional). Your DIY plant stand is now finished!
