Back in the day, I remember my Grandmother would always make a delicious orange fluff salad for me and my siblings and cousins, and it was so incredibly scrumptious that we just can’t stop eating it. Now, that I am older and the weather is starting to feel a little humid, I can’t help but miss that yummy salad, and I wanted to give it a try on my own. I was so glad when I figured out that preparing this tasty dessert isn’t as complicated as I first thought so, and it can be prepared within just a few minutes! The result tasted as good as what my Grandmother would make us and I’m pretty happy with it, of course, it’s all thanks to this recipe by Gregs Kitchen on Youtube. Give it a try, too, and see for yourself, you might even want the kids to help you out with this one, it’s that easy.

In a large mixing bowl, add the sour cream, cool whip, and gelatin, then mix them all together until well combined and incorporated. Add the marshmallows, then continue to mix until combined, and pour the pineapple and oranges. Give them a good mix to combine, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and place it in the refrigerator leaving it for about 2 to 3 hours or up to overnight to chill. Best served cold, enjoy!
