But since I found this smoothie recipe from Cook’ omania on Youtube, my mornings have never been this better! This smoothie has everything you want for a healthy breakfast – banana, oats, honey, etc. Honestly, this will become a breakfast staple in your house once you taste it. Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp oats
- 1/2 cup water
- 5 – 6 whole almonds, skin peeled
- 1 banana, chopped
- 3 dates
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- chocolate flakes, for garnish
Directions:
Step 1
Add 4 tbsp oats and 1/2 cup water in a small bowl. Leave and let the oats absorb all the water. After this, transfer the soaked oats to a blender followed by a chopped banana, 3 dates, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 cup cold milk, and 1 tbsp honey.

Blend everything well, then transfer to a glass. Garnish the smoothie with chocolate flakes on top.
