Place the chicken in a big bowl and season them as you usually do.
Add 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/3 cup of J.O. seasoning, 1 tablespoon of freshly ground pepper, and a pinch of kosher salt in a separate bowl. Whisk until well combined.
Add the chicken to the flour mixture and coat each piece well. Shake off the excess flour and place them on the rack.
Cook the chicken in batches if needed. Place the chicken with the rack in the air fryer and set it to 450 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes. Halfway through cooking, check your wings, spray some cooking oil on the flour spots on the chickens, and flip. Remove from the air fryer and continue cooking the second batch. Remember to spray oil on the flour spots and flip.
Serve while freshly cooked with your favorite sauce. Enjoy!
