Place the toilet paper roll on the cardboard and trace the circle with a pencil. Once done, cut it out. Using a pencil or any pointed object, make a small hole in the middle of it. Next, put a straw into the hole.
Cover the toilet paper roll with glue. Place it on the colored paper and roll it until everything is covered. Cut the excess paper on the sides into strips, spread some glue on them, and fold them inside. Stick them to the sides. This way you’ll get a neat end on the roll. Do the same thing on the other side.
Take the cardboard circle with straw and put it inside the roll. If it’s measured correctly, it will fit right on the roll.
Stuff the roll with confetti. If you don’t have, you can just take shiny candy wrappers and cut them out.
Cut a square piece of crepe paper. Make sure it’s bigger than the size of the circle of the roll. Put some glue on the top sides of the roll and place the crepe paper on top and stick the sides to the glue. Let the glue dry completely before use.
Push the straw to use.
