You can make this easily with only a few simple ingredients that you may already have in your kitchen.
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F, then grease an 8×8-inch baking pan with 2 tablespoons of butter, and set it aside. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the apples, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, and cinnamon, then give them a good mix until well combined and coated, and then set it aside. Cut the caramels into quarters, then set them aside, and lightly flour your countertop. Flatten each dough ball into a circle at about 3 inches, then add a tablespoon of the apple mixture to the canter, and top it with 6 caramel pieces. Pull each side over the center, then roll them into a ball, and pinch to seal the dough.

Step 2
Place the filled dough balls in the prepared dish with their seam side down, then brush them with the remaining melted butter, and sprinkle the top with the remaining brown sugar. Place them in the preheated oven, then let them bake for about 30 to 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and no longer doughy. While waiting for them to bake, put the remaining caramels and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl, then melt them in the microwave 30 seconds at a time stirring after each interval until smooth, and set aside to cool down. Once done baking, drizzle the caramel sauce over the top, then serve, and enjoy!
