Line a rectangular mold with parchment paper on all sides then set it aside.
Add corn oil into a bowl and microwave until it’s 140 degrees F. Next, sift the cake flour into the bowl of oil to remove the lumps. Mix well using a whisk. Add the milk and mix again.
Crack 2 eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Place the yolks into the mixture and the whites into a separate bowl. Whisk the mixture until the yolk is fully incorporated.
Add lemon juice and salt to the egg whites. Whisk them together. While whisking, add the sugar in 3 bathes. It should have a soft peak after beating.
Add the whipped egg white into the yolk mixture in three batches. Fold the mixture in each batch. Once done, transfer it to the lined rectangular mold. Spread evenly the batter using a spatula.
Pour hot water into a pan and place the mold in the middle. Put it inside the oven and bake at 320 degrees F for about 55 minutes.
Once done, remove from the oven and tear the parchment paper. Slice while it’s hot then serve.
