Note: do not use milk chocolate chips as they won’t set up firm enough. You could use dark chocolate but you have to make your milk a little bit hotter as it takes a little bit more time to melt them.

In a medium bowl, pour the 14 oz of sweetened condensed milk. Scrape the side of the can to get all of the milk.
Add 12 oz of semi-sweet chocolate chips to the sweetened condensed milk. Give it a stir using a spoon to fully combine the 2 ingredients.
Put the bowl inside the microwave for 30 seconds. You can also melt it in a pot over heat.
Remove from the microwave and mix until the chocolate chips start to melt. Place them inside the microwave for another 30 seconds. While waiting, line your pan with parchment paper so you can easily lift it up. If it’s still not melted, put it back in the microwave 15 seconds at a time. You don’t want it to become too hot as it will lump up and it will not be smooth.
Keep on stirring until it becomes smooth. Pour the chocolate mixture into the lined pan and place in the refrigerator for an hour. After 1 hour, remove from the fridge and slice. Enjoy!
