In a bowl, add 3/4 cup of lukewarm water, 2 tbsp sugar, and 2 tsp yeast. Mix well. Cover it and leave for 5 minutes to allow the yeast to activate. After 5 minutes, add 2 cups of flour, 1 tbsp powdered milk, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1 tbsp cooking oil. Mix it until you form a soft dough. After you formed a dough, rub some oil all over it, and cover it with plastic. Keep it in a warm place for one hour to allow it to rise. After one hour, remove the cover, transfer it to a surface, and knead it for two more minutes.

Next, brush some oil in a pan, then place the dough on it. Cover the pan with a lid and keep it in a warm place for 15 minutes to allow the dough to rise. After 15 minutes, brush some milk over the dough and sprinkle some sesame seeds. Set the stove to low-medium heat. Place a flat pan over and preheat it for 5 – 7 minutes. After this, place the pan on top of the preheated flat pan and cook it on low-medium heat for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, flip the bread over, cover it, and cook for another 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, turn off the heat, then cover the bread with a clean cloth until it cools down.
