In a bowl, add 1 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk, 1/4 cup of sugar, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 2 and 1/4 teaspoon of instant yeast. Mic all ingredients well using a whisk.
Add 4 cups of bread flour into the mixture. Mix using a spatula until the dough is formed. Once done, add 1/3 cup of unsalted butter to the dough. Mix using your hands until the butter is fully absorbed for about 3 minutes.
Transfer the dough to a floured counter. Next, knead, slap, and fold the dough until smooth for about 7 minutes. Smoothen it into a ball and place it in an oiled bowl. Coat the dough with the oil from the bowl. Once done, cover it for 30-40 minutes.
After 40 minutes, release the gas by punching the dough.
Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces, then round each into a ball. Once done, cover for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, roll out and flatten each dough ball. Roll it into a log and pinch the edge to seal. Cut it into two. Do the same for the remaining balls.
Place them upward in a 9 x 12″ baking pan lined with parchment paper. Cover them for 30 minutes or until it doubled in size. Brush the top with eggwash (1 egg and 2 tablespoons of milk)
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.
Prepare the glaze. Add 1/4 cup room temp butter and 1/4 cup of condensed milk into a small bowl. Whisk the ingredients well then brush the glaze while the bread is hot. Serve and enjoy!
