This recipe is absolutely delicious – with all the herbs and spices used, it will definitely make your mouth water. It’s also super crispy on the outside yet so juicy on the inside. In a bowl, add the minced garlic, the juice of 1 lemon, 1 tsp of oregano, 1 tsp of parsley flakes, 1 tsp of thyme, 1 tsp of rosemary, 1 tsp of paprika, 1/2 tsp of cumin, 2 tbsp of red white vinegar, kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste, and 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil. Whisk well to combine all the ingredients. Next, get the chicken that is cleaned and rinsed already, then pour the marinade over it. Rub the marinade inside and out of the chicken thoroughly.

Now, place the chicken, breast side down, in the air fryer. Set your air fryer to 390 degrees and set the timer to one hour. Halfway through the cooking time, get the chicken out, then flip it upside down and lay it on its back. Let it cook for another 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, get the chicken out and let it rest for a few minutes before digging in.
