Peel the potatoes and cut them into the same small sizes. This will let them cook evenly. Fill a pot with water, then put the potatoes. Boil them for exactly 5 minutes. this is very important as you don’t want mushy or hard potatoes. Once done, strain the potatoes and set them aside.
Cut the bacon into small pieces and cook in a pan until crispy. Once cooked, remove it from the pan and put it on a plate. Then cook the sausages in the same pan until it’s cooked through. Remove then set aside.
Add the butter to the pan, let it melt, then add the potatoes. Next, add the cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Mix all ingredients well. If it needs more butter, you can add some more. Let it fry until it’s crispy, then flip it over.
Add the onions into the pan and stir. Let it cook for a few seconds, then add the bacon and sausages. Mix them all and cook for a minute. Once done, remove from heat and serve on a plate. Enjoy!
