Ingredients:

  • 2 oz mac and cheese scoop
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • flour
  • cheetos (puffs)
  • extra flaming hot cheetos (crunchy)
  • oil (for frying)

For mac and cheese

  • 1 lb box macaroni
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz mascarpone
  • 8 oz velveeta

Directions:

Step 1

In a pot of boiling water, add a 1 lb box of macaroni. Next, shred 2 cups of cheddar cheese. After this, in a pan, melt 2 tbsp of butter, then add 1/2 cup of heavy cream, 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, and an entire 8 oz tub of mascarpone. Stir it well. Once the mixture smoothens out, season with some salt and pepper. Add the sauce to the macaroni and mix it well. Add 8 oz velveeta for extra cheesiness. Set it aside.

Step 2

Put cheetos puffs and extra flaming hot cheetos in a food processor and grind them well. (Grind them separately.) Next, make an egg wash with 1/4 cup of heavy cream and 1/4 cup of water. After this, when your macaroni is nice and firm, start shaping them by rolling them using your hands and slightly squishing them. After forming the mac and cheese, toss it in a bowl of flour, then into the egg wash, and lastly to the ground cheetos. Place them in the freezer until they’re firm. After freezing them, deep-fry them for two minutes at 350 degrees F. After frying, cut them in half and serve with some more cheese on the side as a dip.
