Step 1
Wash the Brussel sprouts well making sure to remove any unwanted residues, then lay them on a clean tray or silicone mat, and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Once completely dry, cut the bottom part of each Brussel sprout, then slice each of them in half. After cutting all pieces, transfer them to a large mixing bowl, then drizzle with about 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and season them with about a teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon of black pepper or to taste. Toss them together using your hands until well seasoned. Transfer the seasoned Brussel sprouts to a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, then spread them out in a single layer, and make sure to flip them over so that they are facing down.

Step 2
Pop them in a preheated oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit and roast them for about 20 to 25 minutes or until nice, crispy, and golden brown. While waiting for them to roast, prepare the sauce mixture. Simply mix together two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon of honey in a small mixing bowl, and stir them until well combined and incorporated. Once the Brussel sprouts are done roasting, scoop them out of the baking sheet, then transfer them to a large mixing bowl, and drizzle them with the prepared sauce. Toss them around until evenly coated with the sauce mixture, then serve.
