Ingredients:
Directions:
Prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper. Set it aside.
In a large microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds at a time, stirring thoroughly between each interval, until the chocolate is fully smooth and melted (about 3 minutes total) (roughly 60 to 90 seconds).
In a separate bowl, whisk together the vanilla extract and red food coloring until the appropriate pink color is achieved.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan, then sprinkle the top with Valentine’s-themed sprinkles and softly press them into the top of the fudge. Make sure the sprinkles are evenly distributed.
Allow for cooling and firming in the refrigerator before cutting the fudge into squares and serving it.
