Sauce
Step 1
Place the chicken breasts on a plate, then season them with garlic salt and Italian seasoning, make sure to rub and season both sides of the chicken well, then set them aside for later while preparing the vegetables. Wash the vegetables well, then snip the ends of the green beans and carrots, and transfer them to the slow cooker. For the baby potatoes, cut the bigger pieces into half and leave the smaller pieces as they are, place them into the slow cooker as well. Then, add in the minced, season them with salt and pepper, drizzle olive oil over them and toss everything together. Place the seasoned chicken over the veggies, then prepare the honey garlic sauce.

Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, honey, and ketchup, mix everything until uniform, then pour the sauce over the veggies. Place the lid onto the slow cooker and let it cook slowly for 8 hours. For a thicker sauce, remove the chicken breasts and veggies then pour the sauce onto a pan over medium heat, then pour in the cornstarch and water mixture. Stir and let it cook for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Pour the thickened sauce over the chicken and veggies, then serve.
