  • 1 large Avocado
  • 10 ounces Bacon
  • 1 pound Chicken breast, cooked
  • 4 Hard-boiled eggs
  • ½ cup Blue cheese, crumbled

Dressing

  • ⅓ cup Red wine vinegar
  • ½ Lemon, squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1½ tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  •  ¼ cup Water
  • ⅓ cup Olive oil
  • ⅔ cup Salad oil or any oil
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Directions:

Step 1

Using a blender or food processor, combine the red wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic clove, Worcestershire, Dijon mustard, sugar, water, olive oil, salad oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Pulse it or run at low speed until it is fully combined. Place the bacon slightly overlapping with each other on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper.  Bake it at 375°F for 18 to 22 minutes, if you don’t have an oven just simply cook them until they’re crispy.

Step 2

Cut the romaine lettuce and chicory in bite-size pieces or about 1-2 inches. Place it in a colander together with the cress and rinse well. Lay them in a large towel and gently pat dry. Cut the tomatoes into halves, the avocado into cubes, the hard-boiled eggs into wedges and the bacon strips into bits. Assemble them in a large bowl, the vegetables are placed at the bottom and the other recipes layered at the top. Serve it together with the salad dressing.
