3-Ingredient Nutella Cookies

I have been baking a lot lately. It has been a hobby of mine to bake during my free time whenever I don’t have work or errands. I find it very therapeutic and relaxing. Plus, I get my reward after the whole process, which is fun. I was looking for an easy, simple, and yummy treat I can make at home. Luckily, I found this 3-ingredient Nutella cookies recipe by Baking Cherry on Youtube. I was so surprised at how these turned out. Who would’ve thought you’d make tasty cookies with just three simple ingredients? If you’re still a beginner in baking, I recommend this recipe – you will surely love this. Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Nutella
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour

Instructions:
Step 1:
Get a big bowl and add 1 cup of Nutella and 1 egg. Stir them together until smooth and well combined.
Step 2:
Add half of the all-purpose flour to the chocolate mixture. Mix well until well incorporated. Add the remaining flour and mix again until it forms a dough.
Step 3:
Line an 11″ by 15″ baking sheet with parchment paper. Form the chocolate dough into small balls, then place them on the prepared sheet. Make sure to space them.
Step 4:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the chocolate balls in the oven and bake for about 10 to 15 minutes until they have little cracks on top.
Step 5:
Remove the Nutella cookies from the oven. Let them cool before removing them from the parchment paper. Once fully cooled, place them on a plate then serve. Enjoy it with friends or family!
