Ingredients:

• 250g (8.8 oz) dark chocolate
• 3 – bananas

Step 1

To start, cut the block of dark chocolate into small pieces, then melt using the double boiler method. Mix continuously until smooth. Set it aside once done. Next, peel three bananas and cut them into small pieces. Transfer them to a blender (or food processor) and blend until puree texture.

Step 2

Transfer the banana puree to a mixing bowl, then add the dark chocolate gradually while stirring. (You can stir in 1 tsp ground cinnamon at this point if you like.) Once done, pour the mixture into a 6″ baking dish greased with olive oil and lined with parchment paper. Spread evenly and smoothen out the top. Refrigerate it for four to six hours, or until firm and set. When ready to serve, remove from the fridge and cut it into squares. Share and enjoy!
