This is so simple and elegant. This is a perfect piece of decor that will be lovely while celebrating the Thanksgiving holidays with family and friends.

You don’t have to use wheat in this wreath. You can use whatever you think is pretty from your yard or even the roadside (think cattails, pretty flower seed heads, neat-looking grass plumes, even wired pinecones)!

By utilizing what you already have available in your own yard, this wreath can be made for about $5!

Here are the supplies you will need for this project:

  • A wire wreath form
  • Paddle wire Wire cutters
  • Wheat (or other pretty things from your garden)

This makes a great group project! Gather up your supplies and your friends and have a wonderful time making this wreath.

What I have for you today is so unbelievably simple. There’s nothing complex about it and you can make it in about half an hour.

I had this wreath up on my door for no more than 15 minutes before a neighbor stopped in her tracks and came up to inspect it. She loved it and she is a minimalist.

Watch how this lady with Garden Answer makes this lovely wreath in her step by step tutorial so you can get yours made for the holiday celebrations.

Since I lover experiments, I’ve alwaysnloved to create, paint, as well as cook and style food. I feel in love with DIY as soon as I discovered it and could not have been more excited when I learned I could share projects with people around the world. Taking photos is a passion of mine, as is design and painting with oils. I love holidays and celebrations, crafting cute little gifts and serving up at least one new recipe I am excited about.
