To make this famous Italian coffee cream, you only need 3 ingredients – cold espresso, powdered sugar, and heavy whipping cream. All you need to do is mix the espresso and powdered sugar, then transfer into the soda bottle, followed by the heavy whipping cream. Shake well until it becomes foamy. Garnish with cocoa powder or caramel sauce, and it is ready to serve.

Note: you also need a 20 fl oz soda bottle
The first thing you need to do is a cold espresso. If you don’t have an espresso machine, you can use a moka pot. Make sure to use cold espresso, otherwise it could be an explosion.
Add one tablespoon of powdered sugar to the espresso. If you want it to be sweeter, add 2 tablespoons. Mix it all together until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a clean 20 fl oz soda bottle. Fill it halfway up with heavy whipping cream.
Shake it vigorously for 5 minutes until it becomes very thick and creamy.
Squeeze the coffee cream into a dessert cup. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top or drizzle caramel sauce. Serve and enjoy!
