Chicken wires, also known as poultry netting, are commonly used for fencing and housing poultry. They are thin steel wires that are woven into a net. Get one head pin. Thread one leaf bead, one spacer bead, then one glass tulip bead. Using your pliers, bend the end to make a hook. Repeat several times.
Wear your gloves. Place the inner hoop on your kitchen wire and cut around using a wire cutter, making sure to add an allowance. Bend the end of the wires that are poking beyond the circle towards the edge of the hoop. Push it into the actual form.
Insert the inner hoop to the outer hoop.
Get one jump ring and open using your pliers. Hook the flowers into the vertical wires on the chicken wire. Close the jump rings and the loops too.
Add a bow on top and hang.
