So many people today are Vegan and gluten-free, snd it is a very healthy way to eat for many that have food allergies or just wanting to lose some weight. I recently found this vegan gluten-free video recipe tutorial by The Whole Food Plant-Based Cooking Show, on YouTube, and I really wanted to try this new spin on one of my old favorites. This is a great recipe even if you are not a Vegan, sometimes it is refreshing to take a break from meat and all the ingredients are super healthy and really good for you.
Cheese Sauce:
In this vegan gluten-free video recipe tutorial by The Whole Food Plant-Based Cooking Show, on YouTube, you will learn how to make a healthy casserole in a few easy steps. You start by cooking your rice and broccoli and then adding it to the casserole dish. Then you will cover it with your delicious sauce.
Then, you bake the casserole in the oven for 20 minutes at 350.
This Vegan Casserole is so delicious, I love it!
