Canned Tuna Cucumber Bites Ingredients

  • cucumber
  • canned tuna
  • mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • cherry tomatoes
  • onion
  • dill for garnish
  • celery (optional)

How to Make Tuna Salad Cucumber Bites

Step 1:

Start by washing the cucumber and tomatoes. Next, peel some of the skin of the cucumber lengthwise to get the striped pattern. Next, cut it into rounds, then set aside. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Dice the onion.

If you are going to add celery, cut into very small pieces.

Step 2:

Open the canned tuna, and remove the oil. Transfer the tuna into a mixing bowl. Add the diced onion, celery (if adding) and mayo. Mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Mix again. Make a taste test and adjust seasonings if needed.
