Cut 8 pieces of 10″ x 10″ from each of the 3 different colors of burlaps, then cut 12 pieces of lime green of the same size.
Take the wreath and place it on top of the plastic canvas. Trace the smallest circle on the outside of the frame. Cut it out and zip-tie it to the center. Repeat for the other 2.
Get one of the 10″ x 10″. Fold the two opposite corners toward the middle, then gather at the 7″ mark, not in the middle. Secure with a zip tie and cut the excess. Take the small side and put it over the big side with the ends meet, then gather it there. It should look like a petal. Zip-tie it to your wreath in the center section. Repeat the process for the remaining 7 pieces and 2 other colors of burlaps. Set them aside.
Get the felt and cut into 2 1/2-inch strips. Take two pieces and glue the edges together to close. Make little cuts to the open edge to make frays. Add glue on the uncut edge and start to roll it to make the center of the flower. If it’s small for your flower, make it bigger. Once the size is correct, glue a wire on the center of your flower, then use a strip of felt to secure it in place. After the glue dries, insert the wire onto the canvas in the center and twist. Repeat with the remaining 2 flowers.
For the lime burlap, meet two opposite corners together in the middle, gather it, and flip it over. Insert to the back of the wreath and zip tie. Put 2 more of these levels, then repeat for the other flowers.
Arrange the flowers on the bigger wreath and zip-tie them.
